"RAMBO THE VIDEO GAME: BAKER TEAM"comporte trois nouvelles missions, la possibilité d'améliorer votre personnage jusqu'au niveau 25, une option de difficulté John Rambo (très difficile), cinq armes supplémentaires (CAR15, MP44, SPAS12, XM79 et PPSH41), cinq nouveaux avantages, et huit nouveaux trophées/succès.
